Development of a mobile first, progressive web application using the Ember.js framework with data served by a 'headless' Drupal site. For this project, Koumbit programmed the Ember.js application, integrated the visual design from mockups, and helped with Drupal development.
The position starts at 20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing your hours. The hourly rate is $21, and the position will start at the beginning of December 2017. Applications are due November 27, 2017.
Composer is now widely used for dependency management in PHP projects - and many projects now require the use of composer. In this post we will cover how to use composer to get Drupal 8 and it's dependencies for a specific platform's PHP verison.

Koumbit is losing its working space. We're being evicted for the expansion of a business next door. We need to move on September 1st, 2017, and are looking for a new space with a minimum size of 1200 square feet. Please let us know if you are aware of any available spaces. Because of two statutory holidays that happen one week apart, Koumbit's staff will be greatly reduced at the office.
Because of this our office will be closed on friday june 23rd and friday june 30th. This also implies that technical support will get minimal attention during these two days.
The Koumbit team is happy to be able to offer new additions to our managed Drupal hosting service which are available henceforth. These new features are only available for Drupal 7 and Drupal 8 sites hosted in this service.

Koumbit will be closing the OpenID service running on "id.koumbit.net" on the 1st of July 2017. From that moment on, you will no longer be able to log in to various sites with your Koumbit OpenID, including redmine.koumbit.net. If you do not currently use OpenID through id.koumbit.net, you do not need to take any action.
If you use OpenID, please ensure that you have alternative credentials to connect on the various sites and services you access before id.koumbit.net is shut down.
