Your organization can now take advantage of our extensive experience in the administration of systems based on free and open source software. We can also support you in configuring and maintaining your web hosting.

Our system administration services are aimed at clients hosted on our servers. We don't normally provide system administration consulting for external infrastructures.
The current hourly rate is $132/hr. Only time actually worked will be billed. If the work takes less than an hour, the minimum rate is $99

For shared hosting clients:
- WordPress installation (1h or less);
- Drupal, NextCloud or MediaWiki installation (1h);
- Installation of other software (time to be determined depending on the software);
- Migration of your website from an external host to us, or from us to an external host (between 2 and 4h);
- Migration of mailboxes from an external host to us, or from us to an external host (time varies according to number of mailboxes);
- Backup restoration for a site on shared hosting ($99 if the backup is less than 5 days old, price to be determined if more than 5 days old);
- Wordpress or other content management systems upgrades (between 1 and 3h);
- NextCloud upgrade (for customers who don't have the NextCloud upgrade package - 2 or 3h);
- Help with DNS configuration;
- Customized training on the use or administration of WordPress, NextCloud, or any other software we have expertise in;
- Fossilization of dynamic websites;
For VPS or dedicated servers clients
- Software (for example NextCloud or AlternC) installation on a VPS;
- Initial configuration of a server;
- Operating system upgrade (it is strongly recommended to do this every other year);
- Various software upgrades;
- Customized training;
- Integration, maintenance of infrastructures based on free software, generally on Debian;
- Analysis, monitoring and optimization of servers (high availability, clusters, Icinga monitoring);
- Network troubleshooting and consultation; installation of computer parks (on Debian);
- Migration and relocation of infrastructure or services;
- Implementation of backup systems;
- Backup restoration;
- Server configuration management (Puppet);
