This service is in the Beta stages. It works, but there might be changes and instabilities until we finish its configuration.
NextCloud is a suite of online collaboration tools. It offers file storage and sharing (similar to Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive), a platform for collaborative file editing, a shared calendar, and a host of other features. This allows you to work as a team without having to rely on the GAFAM (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft, etc.).
The shared Nextcloud service consists of a shared server where you have space to store and edit files and share a calendar with your team. The advantage of the shared service is that it requires no technical maintenance — we take care of that for you!

Collective Package
This package includes:
- Price: 408$CAD+tax/year
- Access to a shared Nextcloud server;
- 50 GB of storage space on SSD drives;
- Access to an account that administers a group of members;
- Access to a directory shared with group members;
- A maximum of fifteen accounts within the group;
- Connection to a Collabora server for collaborative file editing;
- Daily backups kept for seven days;
- 24/7 service status monitoring;
- Nextcloud updates twice a year.
- The shared Nextcloud also includes:
- A group calendar application for noting appointments,
- An application to produce forms and surveys,
- The project management application Desk,
- The collective drawing application Draw.io,
- The Collectives application which helps collectives and non-profit organizing.
Explicitly Excluded
- Visioconference, for the time being;
- Administrative access to the Nextcloud server;
- Installation of additional Nextcloud applications;
- Changing the configuration of the existing applications;
- Command line access;
- Backup recovery (if you need the recovery of a backup, it will be made by the Koumbit team at our current hourly rate)
For organizations who need full administrative access, we recommand instead Nextcloud on VPS.
