Drupal update and website overhaul

Founded in 1993, the Fédération des locataires d'habitations à loyer modique du Québec (FLHLMQ) brings together more than 300 HLM tenants' associations and residents' advisory committees (RACs) throughout the province of Quebec. The mission of the FLHLMQ is to promote and defend the interests of tenants and work to improve their quality of life, to support the work done locally by tenants' associations, to encourage the involvement and empowerment of tenants in low-cost housing, and to represent tenants before political and administrative bodies.

The organisation's needs:

• Update the FLHLMQ Content Management System from Drupal 6 to Drupal 8
• In collaboration with the FLHLMQ graphic designer, implement a modern, responsive web design
• Optimise the organisation and presentation of existing content

Our proposal:

• Support the FLHLMQ in reorganizing the website navigation and content
• Migrate content from Drupal 6 to Drupal 8, and further upgrade to Drupal 9
• Integrate social networking and communication tools (Mailchimp newsletter)
