Koumbit subsidizes the release of AlternC 0.9.3.1

Koumbit participated in the release of the long awaited AlternC 0.9.3.1 by financing the work necessary to coordinate the release. Antoine Beaupré was paid to solve a few last bugs, build the packages and update the project's Debian archive.

This effort was done to fix the bugs that afflicted the 0.9.3 release, but also to revive the developper community. Koumbit workers will keep on fixing and improving AlternC, and Koumbit itself will keep on getting involved in AlternC's developpement to make sure that organisations using it around the world can keep on doing so safely.
