Koumbit 5@7 with Communautique - Manifesto: A Digital Framework for Quebec

With facts and figures to back them up, many industrialists and entrepreneurs, spokespersons from rural communities and from voluntary sector groups as well as academics have noted the increasing and worrisome delay of Quebec society in this area.

This quote from the ''Manifesto: A Digital Framework for Quebec'' by Communautique highlights Quebec's slow response to technological change. But what are the issues and concerns underlying this characterization? And how might such a delayed response affect our society?

We will explore this manifesto with Communautique during our next 5@7 on Friday, November 5th. You can join us at the Bar Populaire, any time after 5 - good drink and good discussion will be on the menu.

The Bar Populaire is located at 6584 St-Laurent, just a short walk from l'Acadie metro station.
