Migration of the Forum Social Québécois site from Joomla to Drupal and complete overhaul.

The work was done in close collaboration (regular work and training sessions throughout the project) with Caitlin Bentley worked for the forum and already have some Drupal experience.

This project was part of Koumbit's 2008-2009 Participatory Budget. Between 100 and 130 hours of work were donated to the FSQ.

The main features included:
* Multilingual
* Custom registration procedures
* The ability for user to propose activities for the forum
* Moderation of these activities by the programming team
* Online payment with credit card registrations for the forum and event participation fees (using Übercart and based on accreditation with Desjardins)
