Redesign of Oxfam Quebec's main website

The work relationship between Koumbit and Oxfam Quebec started in 2007 with the implementation of a CiviCRM fundraising plaftorm as well as an online store. Koumbit had to take in account these previous steps, so to ensure visual uniformity and technical compatibility with the new website.

The new website's layout and menus were developed so as to maximize its accessibility, as well as the autonomy of Oxfam's editorial team. The Project and Issues Drupal modules were used intensively, both by the client and Koumbit's developers, as a way to report and follow up all kinds of problems.

The sheer amount of information posted on this website by Oxfam Quebec's staff led to the implementation of ergonomic enhancements such as tab navigation and JQuery automated slideshows.

Last but not least, some improvements were made to the online store to allow the download of MP3 musical files.
