Enhancements to the NFB's CitizenShift website

Koumbit was commissioned to improve the GUI of the National film Board's CitizenShift website.
Among other tasks, we had to design additional blocks, modify the behavior of the search engine and configure the Imagecache module in order to provide better-looking thumbnails in the video playback pages.
It is interesting to note that this website, initially devised by Montreal's Meïdia agency, appears on the 12th Webby Awards list of nominees (2008), in the "Website - Activism" category.
