Advocacy brochure for Alternatives

This project aims to study the feasibility of establishing an Internet backbone in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Researchers will identify suitable technological and policy alternatives for developing the infrastructure and managing it with the help of Open Access software. The results of the study were presented to the government, the private sector, the universities, the media, NGOs and the donor community by way of an advocacy campaign.
