Koumbit's next 5@7: "Illegal access" and the attack of internet freedoms

Koumbit's first 5@7 of 2012 focuses on an issue central to the future of the internet in Quebec and Canada: the planned adoption of bill C-52 (AKA "Legal Access"), proposed by the Conservative party.

5@7 Koumbit with the Project for Accompaniment and Solidarity with Colombia

For our last 5@7 of the year, we are joined by the Project for Accompaniment and Solidarity with Colombia (PASC).

For the last 8 years, the PASC has participated in the construction of direct north/south solidarity networks, and an important part of their work rests on their usr of the web and collaboration with collectives like Riseup and Koumbit. Members of PASC will come present their work and we will take this opportunity to discuss how Koumbit can further support this type of initiative.

We've been offering CiviCRM consulting and hosting on a per-client basis for some time now, and as we have grown, we have started to feel the need for greater automation and consistency in our hosting offerings and contracts. Koumbit is currently in the midst of developing a comprehensive hosted CiviCRM offering, with the support of a few courageous clients.
